248 Moly Syngard™ 2000 Grease

Moly Syngard™ 2000 is a multi-purpose, water resistant grease made from solvent refined, severely hydro-finished, 100% paraffin base stocks with a high viscosity index. Made with a bentone base, Moly Syngard 2000 performs exceptionally well in hot, wet or heavily loaded applications where operating temperatures are above 350°F. 

Blended into Moly Syngard™ 2000 is an inorganic thickener, allowing the grease to lubricate bearings effectively in temperatures up to 600°F.

Using synthesized moly, Moly Syngard™ 2000 quickly plates to metal surfaces, creating a fine but durable lubricant film that lasts longer than conventional greases. During periods of excessive pressure, increased heat and high shock loads, this versatile grease remains with bearings and resists breaking down. This extra layer of protection allows Moly Syngard™ 2000 to reduce wear and contact area temperature, which leads to increased equipment life, less downtime and extended lubrication cycles.

Moly Syngard 2000™ NLGI #2 has a high base oil viscosity (ISO 320) for extra protection.
