Schaeffer teamed up with Ranken Technical College to find out how a customer's million miles Ford 5.4L gasoline engine looks after running exclusively on Schaeffer Oil.
The experts were shocked to see the condition of this workhorse. Even the engine's main bearings still had the manufacturer's original numbers inked on them.

Cedco, Inc. is a leading landscape contractor with 800 employees, nine divisions and 400 pieces of equipment. However, Cedco has only one man, Chris Emery, to oversee the maintenance of the entire fleet! Chris is a very busy guy, to say the least and has no time to waste on inferior products.
Until three years ago, Chris had only heard of Schaeffer's CitrolTM and Penetro®. After being introduced to the rest of the Schaeffer line, Chris has had great results and now uses 19 Schaeffer products! Chris found that by using Schaeffer oils, fuel additives and greases, Cedco was able to overcome the effects of extreme heat as well as the challenges of working with grout and concrete.
Before switching to Schaeffer products, Cedco replaced up to 5 small air-cooled engines each month; and Chris reports going two months or so before replacing even one (and some of those engines are quite old)!
By using Schaeffer gear oil, leakage has been reduced by 90%, which has almost eliminated the need to replace pinion and axle seals and brake shoes due to oil saturation. Chris noticed immediately that Schaeffer grease stayed in his bearings and bushings far better than any other grease he had ever used.
Cedco has a fleet of over 40 mixer boxes that before switching to Schaeffer grease, required weekly replacement of four to six bearings. Since using Schaeffer grease, Cedco replaces an average of one bearing in a two month period.

Ask any biker, and they'll tell you: motorcycling is a way of life. When it comes to taking care of your bike, you need an oil that will treat your bike as well you do. Read the rest of the story of how Doug put his oil to the test.
Costly repairs and injector failures were becoming an all too common problem for a Pennsylvanian transit authority. In the last year, the company spent over $35,000 on injector repairs. Needless to say, the maintenance team was eager to reduce fuel system issues experienced by the fleet.
They turned to their local Schaeffer sales rep for help. Ten months later initial results are showing no injector issues for the test buses treated with CarbonTreat™. The company says cleaner fuel systems will make a significant difference moving forward. They continue to work with their Schaeffer sales rep to monitor performance and treat more buses over to CarbonTreat™.
