After a quarter-century of trusting Schaeffer's to keep his own ski boat and tow vehicle running smoothly, Wayne Carrels joined the Schaeffer Manufacturing Company in 2023 as an independent sales representative.

Wayne brings to the South Florida market a work ethic learned on his family farm in Minnesota, where he developed a strong foundation in preventative maintenance. A veteran of the Gulf War, Wayne previously served as a U.S. Navy jet mechanic, and later as a heavy equipment operator for the U.S. Army. His experience provides a unique perspective on the value of high-performance lubricants and fluids.

With a deeply rooted passion for premium oils and lubricants, Wayne is committed to helping his customers optimize their equipment's performance and longevity. He lives by the motto "Never Quit," ensuring that your equipment receives the care and attention it deserves.
