Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table with a background in equipment sales and operations that spans over two decades. He has worked with two construction equipment manufacturers and started his own company in 2009, focusing on construction, grading, and hauling. His company has been a Schaeffer customer for many years, and in 2024, he joined their team as a full-time sales representative.
Mike has always been a hands-on, "boot-in-the-dirt" type of guy when it comes to business. He is not afraid to get dirty and loves a good challenge. Mike is committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with his customers. He travels the state regularly and can assist with resources closer to you if needed. Mike is proud to be on the team, but not on the payroll of his customers.
When Mike is not at home tinkering in his shop on race cars or hot rods, he spends his time with his family at the ballfields, in the mountains, or at the beach.
