As a 55-year-old man in 2016, Dwaine Childers found himself looking for a job. He saw a job posting as a sales rep for Schaeffer Manufacturing. He was hesitant to take the job since it was straight commission, but he took the leap of faith and has never looked back.

Dwaine grew up in south central Ohio and spent the bulk of his life in Chillicothe, OH. He and his wife followed their daughter to southwestern Ohio where they dropped their anchor for good. He resides in Franklin, which is between Cincinnati and Dayton.

Before finding Schaeffer, Dwaine worked in his family’s musical instrument business until it closed after 47 years. He graduated from Shawnee State in 1983 with an Associate Electro-mechanical Engineering.

Dwaine aspires to be more than just a salesman; he aims to become a reliable ally who can assist in resolving lubricant issues and enhancing the performance and durability of your equipment.
